Terms of Sale

1. Subject and scope
These General Terms of Sale (GTS) apply to all photobooth rental services offered by Framed (hereinafter "the Service Provider") to its clients (hereinafter "the Client"). Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these GTS. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these GTS at any time; the applicable GTS are those in force on the date of the order.
2. Offers and pricing
The offers presented on framed.lu are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in euros (€) inclusive of VAT (17%). Framed offers several rental packages:
- 100% Digital Pack — from 149 €
- 100 Prints Pack — from 279 €
- 200 Prints Pack — from 369 €
- 400 Prints Pack — from 499 €
Additional options are available: personalised digital frame (+49 €, included in 200 and 400 Prints packages) and accessories kit (+29 €, included in 400 Prints package). Additional hours beyond the included 5 hours are charged at +50 €/hour.
The print quota represents the maximum number of prints available during the contractual service period (5 hours included, plus any additional hours booked in advance). Unused prints at the end of this period do not entitle the Client to any refund, carry-over, or additional service.
3. Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation are free of charge throughout Luxembourg. For events in the Greater Region, a quote will be provided on request. All packages include delivery, installation, a dedicated event manager throughout the event, and collection of the equipment at the end.
4. Booking process
- The Client submits a booking request via the online form.
- Framed reviews the request and confirms availability within 24 hours of the online submission.
- A confirmation email is sent to the Client with the invoice and payment details.
- The booking is definitively confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Any request submitted via the online form constitutes a booking request and not a firm sales contract.
5. Payment terms
Full payment is due no later than 15 days before the event date. The only accepted payment method is bank transfer to the following account:

- BIC : CCPLLULL
- Reference : booking reference number
6. Cancellation and refunds
In the event of cancellation by the Client:
- More than 30 days before the event: full refund.
- Between 15 and 30 days before the event: 50% retained.
- Less than 15 days before the event: full amount retained.
- Cancellation on the day: full amount is due.
In the event of cancellation by Framed due to force majeure or technical unavailability, the Client will be fully refunded within 14 days of notification.
7. Service Provider obligations
Framed undertakes to:
- Contact the Client before the event to prepare and confirm key service details, in particular the photo frame design (if requested).
- Deliver and install the photobooth equipment at the agreed address and time.
- Provide remote monitoring and follow-up support throughout the event, with on-site assistance if required.
- Collect the equipment at the end of the event.
- Provide prints and/or digital files in accordance with the chosen package.
The visuals presented on Framed's website (photos, illustrations, product images) are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment regarding the exact appearance of the equipment or printed photos.
8. Client obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- Provide accurate information when booking (address, date, times).
- Ensure access to the event venue to facilitate delivery and installation.
- Make available a suitable location with access to a mains electricity socket reachable within 15 metres of the photobooth's position on the day of the event.
- Not move or handle the equipment without the event manager's authorisation.
- Compensate Framed for any damage caused to the equipment by the Client or guests.
9. Liability
Framed's liability is limited to the total amount of the service ordered. Framed cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss or loss of earnings. In the event of force majeure (storm, strike, major breakdown), Framed is released from all contractual obligations and will provide a full refund.
10. Image rights
Photos taken during the event remain the property of the Client. Framed may, unless the Client expressly objects before the event, use certain photos for communication purposes (website, social media) with the Client's prior agreement. Participants' faces will be blurred or removed upon request.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These GTS are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
