1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website available at framed.lu, operated by Framed, a company offering photobooth rental services in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. By accessing the site, the user unconditionally accepts these Terms of Use.

2. Access to the site

The site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. Internet access costs and equipment required to use the site remain the sole responsibility of the user. Framed reserves the right to suspend, modify or interrupt access to the site at any time, without notice, in particular for maintenance purposes.

3. Intellectual property

All elements constituting the site (texts, images, logos, graphics, icons, software) are the exclusive property of Framed or its partners and are protected by Luxembourg and international laws relating to intellectual property. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, even partial, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of the booking form

The booking form available on the site allows users to submit a quote request. This request does not constitute a firm and final sales contract. It triggers a validation procedure by the Framed team, who confirm or decline the booking within 48 working hours. The user agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

5. Personal data protection (GDPR)

Framed collects the following personal data via the booking form: name, email address, phone number and event address. This data is used exclusively to process and confirm booking requests. It is not transmitted to third parties without prior consent.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at: contact@framed.lu.

Data is retained for a maximum period of 3 years from the last interaction, then deleted.

6. Cookies
